The intelligent banding system prevents vulnerable shoulder movements in abduction and external rotation, and also limits forward arm elevation (anteversion), while allowing mobility within the permitted range. It thus acts as a dynamic containment system that strikes a balance between stabilisation and mobilisation.

Indications
All indications that require strengthening and stabilising the physiological movement of the shoulder joint, such as:
- mild to moderate instability of the shoulder joint
- conservative treatment after shoulder dislocation or subluxation
- rehabilitation after surgical treatment for shoulder instability
- hemiparesis / "stroke shoulder"
