Selling Prices
The prices published are cash prices and may be changed without prior notice. If DRARTUS is unable to maintain the price indicated, the customer will always be notified and has the right to cancel or refuse the order.
The published prices already include VAT at the legal rate in force. The product images are merely indicative, and the product’s standard configuration should always be confirmed in the case of products with different configurations.
Orders sent to the Islands and abroad must be paid for in advance by Bank Transfer, PayPal or Multibanco. They will not be sent collect.

Delivery times
Informed when requesting a quote/order (seen on a case-by-case basis).
If you wish to pick up your order at one of our stores, please wait for confirmation of availability, which will be sent by e-mail, before going there.
Warranty and after-sales service
All products sold by DRARTUS are covered by the warranties against manufacturing defects in force in the European community.
Claims should be clearly described, quoting the order number, delivery note or invoice and sent to [email protected] or FAX +351 234 483 840.
Returns must be sent to aveimedica’s head office, properly packaged so that they are not damaged during transportation.
Right of withdrawal
Within 14 working days of receipt of the order, the customer may withdraw from the purchase and have 15 working days from the date of receipt to return the products in their original packaging.
The customer will be refunded within 15 working days of receipt of the return.
