Hot/Cold – for cooling or warming injuries and relieving pain.

It is a reusable gel pack:
• Cold therapy: Local pain relief and reduction of edema (e.g., acute joint and muscle inflammation, bruises, toothaches, etc.)
• Heat therapy: Promotes local blood circulation and tension relaxation (e.g., muscle pain, menstruation)
To be used before or after physical exertion; helps relaxation after physical activities.

Do not apply for more than 20 minutes.
